Your staff members were absolutely some of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a hotel setting. I am a frequent business traveler and see a broad spectrum of hotels and services and I can tell you that great customer serice is not the norm. Additionally, the room & amenities were fabulous-I was very impressed with every aspect of the King Christian Hotel and I will definitely recommend it to friends.
